Henderson Properties Announces Staff Additions, Achievement

Charlotte, NC (Vocus) April 28, 2010 -- Henderson Properties (http://www.hendersonproperties.com/), a full-service Charlotte real estate firm, is pleased to announce the following staff additions and achievements.

Kerry Stecher, ABR, CSP, SFR, Henderson Properties' Broker-in-Charge, has been selected as a candidate for election to the Board of Directors of the Charlotte Regional Realtor® Association. The election for Board members will be held June 2-23 by the CRRA. Stecher currently serves as chair of CRRA's Education Advisory Group and as a member of the group's Housing Opportunity Foundation Committee and Realtors® Care Day Core Committee.

Henderson Properties, has hired two new staff members: John Gruca as Assistant Property Manager and Chris Marcinko as Maintenance Technician.

John is a New Jersey native who has lived in Charlotte for more than 20 years. He is active with his children's athletic teams, as a softball umpire, and as an advocate and volunteer for United Family Services in Union County. John is an alumnus of Western Carolina University.

Chris has been involved in the housing and construction industry for more than 20 years. A 31-year resident of Charlotte, Chris, an Ohio native, participates in Tae Kwon Do and numerous activities with his wife and children.

Henderson Properties also commends Realtor® Hollis Blank for earning the Short Sales and Foreclosure Certification, which trains agents how to manage short-sales, foreclosures, and real estate owned (or bank owned) transactions, and keeps agents current on national and state-specific information and regulations on these issues. The designation is recognized by the National Association of Realtors and the North Carolina Association of Realtors.
